Kim came to Crosspoint in 1989 from Charles D. Jones, a Denver based heating and cooling company, where she managed their training programs.  While at Crosspoint Kim has made a positive impact on all of the clients and employees.  When Kim started at Crosspoint, in 1989, she was hired as the Client Services Manager and has climbed the ranks to become Head Honcho.  She has a knack for remembering names and can recall any client number that has ever come through Crosspoint; we know this because we test her on a daily basis. She runs Crosspoint with grace and style, demanding only the best from all of Crosspoint’s employees.
